Nora is a Personal trainer with 15 years experience based in London and Essex and over the years has trained a variety of clients ranging from those looking simply to improve health, to celebrities and athletes.<\/p>
\u201cHaving competed at national level in track and field in my younger years, my passion for exercise and health served as a platform for both my studies and my career. I studied sport and exercise science at university and went on to pursue personal training as a profession.<\/p>
I have a desire not just to assist my clients with exercise but to engage them and to show them that they too can enjoy being active and adopt it as part of a healthy lifestyle.<\/p>
After having two children and training throughout both pregnancies, I learnt that the strength one has within them can be found once they are humbled by a challenging journey or experience, this has fuelled my self-belief, my humility, and my curious mentality\u201d.<\/p>
